Valentina Chiodi, born in Rome in 1974.

An architect since 2001 , expert in Bio Architecture and Sustainable Development, Valentina has always been passionate about travel and photography. Following a Black & White photography and reportage course at Rome University of Fine Arts in 2006 however, something changed inside her and she began to follow a new unknown path, focusing mainly on social issues, especially the way of life of other cultures within her city and elsewhere in the world, trying to understand their meaning .
A dreamer, eager for justice and freedom, Valentina thinks that photography can be a tool to reach them both.

She has traveled extensively in Europe, America, Australia and Asia, but after her first trip to Cambodia in 2008 she fell in love with the country and returned 4 times in quick succession , since August 2012, she has been living in Siem Reap in a typical wooden house. She worked for two years in tourism but now, and for an indefinite period, she is on a journey in search of herself, and has decided to follow her freedom and devote to herself the time available.
In the mean time she also run her small B&B Villa Medasia in Siem Reap.
